Raspberry Ice Cream

2 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups  raspberry puree
1 cup sugar
1 TB lemon juice

To make raspberry puree, put 4 cups of raspberries (frozen or fresh) in the blender.
In a large bowl, combine whipping cream, milk and sugar. Add lemon juice and raspberry puree, mixing to incorporate. Freeze in your ice cream maker and enjoy!

This ice cream is delicious, but it doesn't keep it's texture very well overnight. So eat up!
